    Wow, this is a favorite of mine. Thanks for sharing! I also note they are using period instruments and have altered a few things to what (I assume) they believe to be historically correct. I’m teaching a homeschool class on Handel on Tuesday and will use this video. Glad you posted it!

    Yes, I felt the opening was more subtle and luxurious than what I’m accustomed to hearing. I loved it. And I’m sure I don’t know as much as you about period instruments, but I noticed the light-wood color of some of the clarinets (oboes?).
