Ting has the best customer service of any company I have ever encountered—they get back to you right away, they do what they say they’re going to do, and they act like real people (I think they are). AT&T, on the other hand, consistently puts me on hold and fails to follow through on what their (unfailingly courteous, I’ll admit) customer service reps told me they would do.

    Yes, though the other link I sent will still work, the one that saves us both $25. And you can do the comparison yourself. Just look at how many minutes you actually talk, how much data you actually use, and how many texts you actually send. Then find out how much they’re costing you. Then compare it to how much they would cost at Ting.
